Rate limits
Limits are per account and reset on a rolling one-minute window. Exceeding a limit returns 429 with a Retry-After header.

Handling 429
When you're limited, back off for the number of seconds in Retry-After and retry. The SDKs do this automatically with jitter.
Sync channels don't count against read limits. Keeping a channel open is free; only the bytes it delivers are metered as egress.
