These terms govern your use of Keelstore. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the platform or other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage above plan limits is billed per the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service levels

Availability commitments, where offered, are described in your plan and any order form. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the status page.

Your content

You retain all rights to the data you store. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the revised version here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
