Billing questions
How is storage measured?
We sample stored bytes hourly and bill the average over the month. Deleted objects stop counting once their version retention window ends.
What counts as egress?
Bytes leaving our network over GET and signed-URL downloads. Traffic on an open sync channel is metered as egress at the same rate; the channel itself is free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
